We begin with a seminar open to all exploring new career paths. From there, participants can apply to join a small, supportive cohort for hands-on workshops and one-on-one coaching. This is all designed so that you’ll gain the skills, knowledge, and network that make pursuing a new path feel doable.

Industry Seminar

Gain awareness of career opportunities, map out your transferable skills, and hear directly from professionals in the field.

Skills Mapping & 
Career Growth Plan

Build targeted skills and learn how your current experience applies in a new industry through two interactive workshops. Participation in Phase 1 required.
