111 Livingston Street
3rd Floor
Brooklyn, New York, 11201
Tuesday, October 22 | 1:30 pm

In the past, building a business website could be expensive and complicated. Today, however, there are website builders that are affordable and easy-to-use for almost any entrepreneur. This course will teach you how to create a professional business website with the latest tools. By the end of this three-and-a-half-hour course, you will be able to:

• Define the essential components of effective websites

• Create a domain name that is easy to write and remember

• Decide which website builder is best for your business

• Develop a website using the Wix platform, including an eCommerce system

This course is the third module in the NYC Department of Small Business Services’ (SBS) six-module Digital Marketing series. We encourage you to complete the prior two modules, “Developing a Marketing Strategy” and “Creating Content Your Customers Value,” before you take this course.

*NOTE: Attendees must have a laptop (fully-charged) to participate in-course.
